Vinification

The berries are fermented via different means, depending on the nuances and qualities inherent to a specific plot. In order to preserve the wine´s fruity exuberance, it is bottled within one year of the harvest. Yet our Garnacha will improve in bottle for at least 3-4 years.

Tasting notes

The wine offers a deep crimson colour and aromas of plum, blackberry and redcurrant. It delivers ample richness, revealing lush dark fruit on the mid-palate. Yet the finish is elegant and lithe. This would cut through tomato-based pasta dishes with aplomb
