Wine garnacha Blanca
Vinification
Using a strict selection process, we only work with optimally-ripe grapes. They are pressed immediately to preserve freshness, before the juice is transferred into a settling tank. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel at low temperatures.
Tasting notes
Pungent and expressive, this Garnacha Blanca explodes on the mid-palate with flavours of yellow fruit, citrus, apricot and garrigue. Supported by a textbook acid line, it is wonderfully refreshing to drink as an aperitif; shellfish would be another fine pairing.
